How do I camera tilt on a MacBook Pro 2019?

I've recently switched from a Windows laptop to a MacBook Pro 2019, and I cannot figure out how to tilt the camera using the keyboard. I only use the trackpad and absolutely hate using CTRL and scrolling on the trackpad. Someone please help, its really annoying me!!!!

    I play on a Macbook Pro 2019 too. I think camera tilt only exists in Tab mode. Hit tab, let go of the tab key, then use the trackpad to aim the camera around. 1 finger to move (including tilt) and 2 fingers to zoom.
