How do I camera tilt on a MacBook Pro 2019?

I've recently switched from a Windows laptop to a MacBook Pro 2019, and I cannot figure out how to tilt the camera using the keyboard. I only use the trackpad and absolutely hate using CTRL and scrol...

    In Live Mode you can hold down the CMD key and use the up and down arrows on the keyboard.
