I can't start my game

I need help fixing and/or someone to tell me why, when I click on Sims 4 on the EA app, it loads for a second, then returns to the EA app and doesn't say anything, not even that the game is crashing or something is wrong. I have fully uninstalled the game and reinstalled it (including deleting it from applications), and I have also tried to repair it multiple times. I have restarted my computer and even updated it. I don't know if there is something wrong with the app or the game, or my computer. This problem was very random and just randomly happened, so if someone can help me, that would be great!

(P.S. I play on a Mac, so I don't know if there is a difference.)
