interactions show up on all

Eyo, in my Sims game today and last night im not able to see my sims needs, the needs box is just blank, and whenever i make one of my sims do an interaction the interaction shows up on all my sims..... has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know how to fix it? It started happening after I updated the game

I'm a MAC player
I tried uninstalling The Sims several times and tried repairing it
I do have CC installed, but even if i remove all CC it still happens

Can you please move your Mods folder to the desktop, trash the localthumbcache.package file in your Sims 4 folder, repair the game and then load it up and see if ti still happens.
