Laundry Set not working. Only able to 'upgrade' or 'put in inventory'.

Hi All, looking for some help on this one. I have tried several suggestions, including resetting the objects. Deleting all the laundry items and repurchasing, resetting the game. I also deleted the game and the new game still has the same issue. I have also deleted all mods and cleared caches. 

I have the latest software on my Mac as well as all the EA updates. 

Is there another solution to this glitch?
