I first noticed it a couple of weeks ago in another house, but I can no longer do laundry in my machine. When I click on a laundry basket or pile, it says that there is no machine.
The washing machine always has the green light on, and I can't interact with it at all. The machine is fully upgraded.

Yes, I noticed that too. I have to get a new laundry machine. Even if I end up putting it in the household inventory, it won't reset. not even reset object works on it. maybe if you break the machine and have it replaced. you can use sabotage, much safer than pyro.

Are you guys playing on a residential rental and have the machine in a shared space ?
Community ManagerI have had this bug for years! I always have to do the same thing. Either I delete all the laundry baskets, or sometimes it has to be the washing machine! I do not use mods, only custom content for creating Sims and five overrides. I think this error happens when hiring the maid. Because when I dismiss the maid, I go a long time without the bug appearing. I do not know if it is a coincidence or not.
