Lots disappearing?

For the last 2 months, any lots I download from the gallery will disappear from my game completely within 3-4 days. It has done it in brand new save files without mods and brand new save files with mods. I try to send my sim to a lot from the gallery and it literally is not there. If I hover over the lot, it shows me the name of the lot (from the gallery) but if I load into it, it is just an empty lot. It also changes the prices on all lots whether it is from the gallery or not. All houses are under $1,000. I have repaired the game over and over again and it continues to happen. I also want to mention that the when this happens, I can’t even view the stone street apartments in evergreen harbor. I believe that may be one of the reasons why this is happening but there is no option to get rid of the apartments in my game.

    Okay am I renaming the folder named “the sims 4”? Or which one?

    I actually just realized that even though the lots that come with the expansion packs can be seen on my worlds map, if I try to load into them, I load into an empty lot.

    This sounds like it could be related to a corrupted lot/save or an issue with the game’s lot data rather than the Gallery itself. The fact that Gallery lots become empty after a few days, lot prices suddenly drop below $1,000, and the Stone Street Apartments in Evergreen Harbor also become unavailable suggests that something may be affecting the world/lot data.

    Since you’ve already repaired the game and reproduced the issue in completely new saves, I’d try resetting the Sims 4 user folder rather than repairing the installation again. Back up your `Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4` folder, then temporarily rename it and launch the game so it generates a completely fresh folder. Test a Gallery lot for several days before adding any mods or custom content.

    If the problem still happens with the completely fresh user folder and no mods/CC, it would be worth reporting it to EA because that would strongly suggest a game-level bug. Also, if you can, check whether the issue happens with a specific world or only certain lots. The Evergreen Harbor apartment issue could be an important clue.
