Missing "The Sims 4 Packs" folder
I just re downloaded the game and am looking for this folder but I do not have it at all, therefore I cannot... buy... any packs. All I have is: Applications > EA Games > The Sims 4 (actual game) ...

Please open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following search command then hit Enter/Return:
find / -type d -name "*The Sims 4*" 2>/dev/null
After a little while it will return the results of the search. You'll know when it's finished searching because the command prompt will reappear. Please copy and paste the results in a post here..

Thanks. If you haven't purchased/redeemed and downloaded any DLC yet the Sims 4 Packs folder may not be created. Purchase and initiate the download of a Pack and see what happens.
