Go into Applications > Utilities and open Terminal. At the command prompt enter this command and hit Enter/Return:
ls ~/Documents/Electronic\ Arts/The\ Sims\ 4/Mods
It will list the contents of the Mods folder the game is loading. Please copy/paste the results here.
