@lambchop307 Try repairing the game in Origin: open your game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, and select Repair. If that doesn't help, clear Origin's cache and repair again.

That assumes your computer runs Windows. If you have a Mac, please use this guide to repairing your packs, which is a separate step.

And in the future, please let me know, with a new post and a tag, if you add more information to your posts, since I won't get a notification from an edit.
@Das_KinderLumper The original post was edited long after I saw it.
I so appreciate your trying to help me. I am so frustrated. I went to the website, after about 30 tries, I logged in and tried to do the repair as you instructed and as I have done before to repair. When I right click on the game, the settings come up as before so I clicked on settings and there is no link to repair. Then I went to my Sims four packs and I can’t even get them to come up. I can’t find anybody at EA to help. Do you have any other ideas? Again I thank you so much. 😊
