my cc aren't detected

Hello/good evening, to all sims fans. I recently installed the sims completely free via EA (namely I'm on Mac). and I imagine that everyone is dying to know that I have pretty curly hair and I find that they are not well enough represented in the hairstyles when creating their sim. SO, I wanted to install cc unfortunately I did everything the right way in the right folders, checked all the boxes in the game options. I renamed my folder "The Sims 4.old", restarted the game, put back my saves and tray folders, in short I tried everything and they are not detected and I'm fed up, if anyone has a **bleep** solution, it would be with great pleasure, I'm starting to lose hope unfortunately. big kiss to all and happy valentine's day for lovers and strength to my depressed singles. peace and love
