My Game is saying I have no Packs?

Okay, so my game has been acting weird since the last update (I think everyone's has had some form of a technical problem). First, it wouldn't let me access the phone during gameplay. No biggie, it's probably my custom content. Remove and updated all my custom content (which was a headache and a half if you know, you know). Go to play my game and hit resume play only for it to notify me that I do not have the packs required for the game to load. Of course, it shows me the packs needed and it's everything from packs to kits. Now, almost every pack I have I have the bill AND receipt for (because I'm terrible of my email AND it was done on my card). I have basically everything from the base to right before lovestruck. So now, I can't even play the game with pets. If I start a new game it DOES load my CC and base game features and my next option is to remove all CC and see what happens, but I don't think it'll make a difference.
