my game keeps glitching and i dont know why

My game keeps making all sorts of glitches and I have no idea why T___T

It's been like this for a while now and I hadn't mentioned it before since I thought maybe I'll wait for a few updates and see if it works soon. And you can guess since I'm writing this now it obviously hasn't been fixed. I've removed all of my mods to see if one of them was causing the glitches, it turns out no. So I tried to temporarily take out all of my cc and again it wasn't the problem. 

The glitches:

• Female or Male button in CAS doesn't show up
• Most clothes/hair/colour swatches/etc. don't show up on CAS
• when I want to purchase seeds a pink circle and square come up instead and you can't get rid of it (only goes when u restart the game)
• when I go out of build mode I can't see the things at the bottom of the screen and I can't control anything
• when I try to get out of the previous glitch by going to the main menu, it doesn't send me there it just keeps me frozen on the lot I'm playing on with only the options button in the corner (when I click on the options again it doesn't allow me to click on the menu button again)
• when I want to hire service through the phone only a yellow outline of a box shows up
• when i try to pick a breed on the pets CAS it's all glitchy (can't really describe it)
