My Sims 4 just wont update- No update available EA App

Help Please! Basically my EA App runs perfectly fine, but obviously there is a new update and it just says play. When i play i try to see if NordHaven is in my worlds (a way to test if the game is up...

I have the same problem, I can't load the new world in my old saves just in a new save file. I play on a pc.

I cant even load the pack in a new save file, its like i dont have it

    Same just tested no sign of the pack- i havent bought it but i know that its not their because the world is not
