My Sims 4 just wont update- No update available EA App

Help Please! Basically my EA App runs perfectly fine, but obviously there is a new update and it just says play. When i play i try to see if NordHaven is in my worlds (a way to test if the game is up...

Did you get an update on your EA app? As i didnt even get that wait i should try a new save- ill lyk
