My sims 4 save file is completely gone and idk why

Hi, so i have been having a problem with my game as of today (May 17th, 2020) and i don't understand. Today i loaded up my game and there was an error saying something along the lines of "households or lots are not installed" so i closed out of the game and after a little bit i realized its because some worlds had not installed. but thats not it. it told me not to save the game when closing because it could mess things up but as a force of habit when i closed the game  i pressed "save and exit" i realized i had done that and just deleted that save from today and then emptied my trash can because i had other things in there as well. (btw i use a macbook air) So i finally decided to restart my Origin and when i did it reinstalled my game and all my packs keeping perfectly fine. I originally had 3 Save Files but when i did all that i opened my game and my most important (and the one i work on the most and have most recently played) was completely gone acting as though it never existed but my save files from the past month and a half are still in my folder. 

I will attach photos to show you that i'm not lying and everything lines up perfectly. I dont know if its because i decided to delete that one single save that everything is messed up, but is there anyway to fix this because it makes no sense for a whole save file to just vanish when my other saves in the folder are still there. 

All dates line up in the photos yet my save file is just completely vanished and im really upset. if there is a way to fix this please reply. if not its ok.

In one screenshot there is a save called "Save File 2" the one i am missing is "Save File 1" its the one i have worked my hardest on and i just dont understand why everything is just disappeared because i deleted one save from the Saves folder
