Never ending loading screen

Ever since the latest game update I keep getting stuck with long loading screens. It may work for a minute but then if I travel anywhere or travel back it just gets stuck on a never ending loading screen.

I've played with no mods and cc and it's still the same. I've repaired and uninstalled and the same.

Great. So if the game doesn't crash in the new user account it's either because you played with a completely new clean TS4 folder the game created, which indicates the issue is in your user data in the TS4 folder in your usual user account, or the problem is a process or app interfering in your usual user account which isn't running in the new user account. You need to figure out what the specific culprit is now by a process of elimination.
