New laptop (MAC), previous packs won't download

I previously purchased and installed several expansion packs on another computer (Horse Ranch, Get Famous, Cats & Dogs, City Living). On my new Mac, these packs show up correctly as owned in Marketplace > My Collection, with a "Not Installed" status, but I'm unable to install them: the "Install" button stays inactive no matter which pack I select.

The base game runs fine, it's just these specific packs that won't download. Has anyone dealt with this before? Any help would be appreciated.
