I don't know if the attached file helped, but I have also removed the Sims 4 folder and started a new game. It doesn't have any of my old saves, but seems to be working so far. I found another issue by doing this relating to the intro quests, but I'll research that for another ticket. I don't know if this issue was a corrupt save or just a file that wasn't getting replaced with the repair, but it may be working now with the new folder. After a couple more hours of success, I may try to copy in an old save and see what happens.
That would be good to see if that one save in an otherwise clean folder also crashes. Could you upload your save to a file sharing site and PM me the download link so I can test it in my game? This would be a good test to see if it loads or not and if not, whether I get the same lastCrash report as you. I can test on an M1 Mac and also M4.
