Nothing works

Hello!

I'm a little bit annoyed at this point, so I hope someone can help me. 

I bought Sims 3, everything worked and was okay. But last week I bought Sims 3 Ambitions, which didn't work. The game downloaded, but then just stopped. If I search Ambitions, it says the game is in my possession, but when I click on 'download now' literally nothing happens. It's also not in my library. 

The first time I contacted EA was via chat and I got a new code voor Sims 3 Ambitions. However nothing changed, so I contacted them again. The second supporter gave me like 5 links to guides which could help, but didn't. I re-installed Origin, turned on something called 'save download' or something, tried to complete the download via the map in my Mac which holds the Sims games and followed some more complex things he sent me. After a while he said, "I will ask my manager" and then he just ended the chat. 

I just tried to play the Sims 3, and now that one won't open. It just said "a unknown problem has occurred" and then nothing.

Just now I tried to call them. But the number on the site wasn't working. Then I let them call me, but the number is from the UK and since I'm Dutch I didn't answer. I already spent money on a game that doesn't work.

Does anybody know what to do? 😞

UPDATE: Just found the correct number for EA support. But after 15 minutes waiting the connection was very bad so I didn't understand a word the guy was saying 🙂
