Pack missing in live mode and CAS
Help! I re-downloaded Vampires on my Mac and went into my save to see that the pack isn’t registered in either Live Mode or CAS; it's on my Sims 4 game! Even after trying to repair it and restarting my Mac, it still doesn't register! Do I uninstall Sims 4 or redownload it? What do I do?!

If you haven't already, can you navigate to Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection in-game and check whether the pack is deactivated? If it is, you can reactivate the pack by selecting it and clicking 'Confirm.'
