Great. Can you remember when this happened? Can you go back to a previous backup and see if the files were backed up around the time you saved the family? @Bluebellflora Thank you so much!!! Luckily it only happened yesterday, so I remember exactly when it happened. I just got my family back! Now I know what to do if it happens again!
