Attached here shows the zipped mod (with a zip on it) and the blue folder is what comes as a result of you unzipping a mod.
which do I keep and delete ?

Hi. I apologise for not making my question clear.
it’s all already unzipped but I’m asking if I should delete the zipped folders as it could be the reason why mods are still not showing up in the game. In the electronic arts mod folder, all zipped mods are unzipped and I’m asking if I should then delete the zipped ones after unzipping them?
im not sure if that’s clear.

Yes, I understand the question 🙂 I’m asking you to double click on a zipped file again and see what happens, it will help with your understanding of what zipped files are and why you can delete them. - 3 years ago
When I double click the zipped file all it does is it keeps on extracting. You can’t actually open the zipped file anymore.
is it ok to delete ? I feel like keeping the zipped files after already expanding them is what’s causing my mods to still not load onto the game. Do you agree ?

Yep, that’s what zipped files do. They extract the contents into a folder. You can keep clicking on a zip file and it will keep extracting its contents into a newly created folder each time.
If the Mod creator has stated that the files need to be extracted then yes, go ahead and extract them and delete the zip file. - 3 years ago
I’ve extracted all the zip files and deleted them right after and I’ve tried to load the game and the mods don’t even show up at the start up anymore. So this isn’t working for me for some reason

But you added a screenshot showing the Mods at startup? What changed?
How many Mods folders do you have and where are they?
Please copy and paste the file name of one of the Mods that isn’t showing up in your game. - 3 years ago
so it did show up at the start up in the beginning but after I unzipped all the mods and deleted the zipped ones, it wasn’t loading at the start up anymore. I managed to retrieve the zipped folders I deleted and put them back into the mods folder and it loaded up again. So now I know to keep the zipped ones there.
however attached is what happens after I unzip a folder. Blue folders start appearing and I’m wondering how to do I unpack the folder as i don’t think you can unzip the blue folder.
here are my links for my mods. They’re directly from YouTube.

The blue folders are just folders. You cannot unzip them, they are the contents of the zipped file.
You REALLY need to follow the creator’s instructions on how to install their specific Mods, maybe they shouldn’t be unzipped?
I can’t help you further. Your Mods are in the correct place as they are showing at the start up screen. You now need to follow the creator’s instructions. - 3 years ago
Thanks for your help. I really and truly appreciate it.
