The blue folders are just folders. You cannot unzip them, they are the contents of the zipped file.
You REALLY need to follow the creator’s instructions on how to install their specific Mods, maybe they shouldn’t be unzipped?
I can’t help you further. Your Mods are in the correct place as they are showing at the start up screen. You now need to follow the creator’s instructions.
