Sims 4 animation issue.

I am having an issue with my game. Where the only thing my sims can do is walk about. Every other interaction they can have either has no animation or merely just doesn’t happen. I have tried the 50/50 method for my mods. Then I have tried removing all of my mods. Running a brand new save file. Running an old save file before this was happening. And it is still happening no matter what I do to try and fix it.
