Content not installed in build/buy

I haven't opened this game since September 2025. Two days ago, I started playing again on my MacBook. Everything was fine until I decided to upload one of my lots in Newcrest. A pop up appears saying "Content Not Installed" stating that I don't own something or something needs to be updated. The lot is listed as modded only because I used the move objects cheat. Everything on the lot is from a pack that I purchased and shows up in game on another lot. For some context, The lot I want to upload is an earlier version of the lot I'm currently playing; I just want to move it to a bigger lot for my growing sims family.  Also of note, I can't save the lot I'm playing on to my library either. What doesn't appear when I click to upload anyway are plants from packs I own, and are installed. Yes I did the recent update because it showed as required to play. Yes, I enabled custom content and mods and restarted before playing. Yes, I cleared out some storage from iCloud and never had documents sent to iCloud to free up storage. I even repaired the game. I don't understand why this is happening or what to do to fix it. Please help
