Re: Sims 4 keeps crashing on 2020 iMac 27

@ddp173

Move your Sims 4 folder from the Documents > Electronic Arts folder to the desktop and see how it plays with a brand new clean vanilla save.

    Oh no. Was this after a game or OS update? Did you see SimsQARobo’s post above yours? Would be super helpful if you could share the files he’s asking for 🙂

    Yeah, I have now tried all of this and nothing has worked.  I've gone as far as erasing my whole hard drive and starting over and that didn't work.  I've crashed 3-4 times today alone and it just seems like it's gotten work.  Even working from a new and fresh save file and it's still this bad.  It's just been so frustrating that after all these months no near getting anything resolved.  When the decorator pack came out I thought I was going to lose my mind.  I kept trying to make it through a job but like 5 out of 6 times I crashed in the middle of a job.  I am really losing faith anything is going to be done about it.

    Have you shared a save with SimQARobo as he has requested above? The issue is most probably the GPU in your model Mac, or the driver, and the game. No amount on uninstalling and reformatting is going to fix that.
