I'm running on MacOS. I subscribed to the Cloud service of Apple... I'm not sure if that was what's causing it.

By the way, I hope you're not paying Apple for extra storage. You probably don't need it, and even if you do, it's much cheaper in the long run to buy an external hard drive and store your excess data there.

@puzzlezaddictThank you so much for merging it with this thread! I'm able to save my data now. I have two macbooks and I think that also caused some issues because the old MacBook's Origin installation was not updated. After I updated it, my saves were now successful. Thank you for your help! and yes, I'm paying for the iCloud subscription. thank you for your inputs. I will review your recommendation about the external hard disk. i really appreciate your insights.
