[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Whenever I open origin and try playing sims 4 my saves aren’t there and it only gives me the option to start a new game. I don’t know how to solve this. Someone please help? Why has this suddenly started happening
