[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

This account is shared between my sister and I, we use the mac. But I have an issue she doesn’t. Whenever im done completing a sim and I go to save, on the homescreen when I reload the game (the option to access my old sim households) aren't working. Its like I’m back to just getting the game and having to create one because I’ve never played before. Although I can access my sims on the gallery, the world and progress is all gone. I cant play sims because I cant play my old households, is there a way to fix this?
