[READ FIRST] Saves, CC/Mods or Library items disappeared? iCloud issues

Hi everyone, 

Just a few days ago I decided to log back into Sims 4 but my last game did not show up to continue it, so I created a new game. However, that new game I ensured that I saved and when I logged back in the next day it wasn't there. Now the 'load game' option is not even showing up, it only gives me the option to start a new game. I checked in my computer files and they are saved, but why is the 'load game' option not in my Sims 4? Please help, I did a wonderful remodel of a home that I want to keep.
