I am extremely frustrated and concerned that I have once again lost the houses the my characters were living in. While I can start over and download replacement homes, that is not an acceptable solution. I want my original houses restored. I have already repaired the game and completely uninstalled and reinstalled it twice, yet the issue remains unresolved. At this point, I need a real solution from your support team. This is now the THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, and it has significantly impacted my enjoyment of the game. I have invested a considerable amount of money into purchasing your products, and repeatedly losing my progress and content is unacceptable. Please provide a resolution as soon as possible to recover my houses and prevent this issue from happening again. If this cannot be resolved, I will have no choice but to seek a full refund for the products I have purchased.
