luizaamartinsc Yes, it's possible to at least make the request, but you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask for help. DLC is typically not eligible for refunds, but support can make exceptions in certain cases, for example if you already own some of the content in the bundle and therefore paid twice for it. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
An alternative is to choose "can't login" or similar, which should always offer the live chat option.
