saves are all gone (mac)

Before the big update and mini updates i had not played the sims 4 in MONTHS and i did have to switch from orgin to EA to update my game and so i load in, and all my save files are gone? btw i play on a macbook air.. so i notice the sims 4 file is gone so i dont have anything but somehow i managed to get them back and i have all mods and cc back so i load back into game and my saves are not there. i've been trying to restart and move things around and see if there is another sims 4 file that the game picked up but theres nothing? so im wondering if since i had not played in a long time and along with the update that all my saves are gone for good because of that ;-; i have tried to research some similar problems but i have yet to find a solution plss help

"Moving things around" often results in a tangled mess of the user data files. Open Terminal (Applications > Utilities) and copy and paste the following search command then hit Enter/Return:

    find / -type f -name "*Slot_*" 2>/dev/null

After a while it will return the results of the search. You'll know when it's finished searching because the command prompt will reappear. Please copy and paste the results in a post here..
