Says im not connected to the internet when I am?

I downloaded Sims 4 on an external drive yesterday, downloaded the EA app just fine and then downloaded Sims 4 with no issues. When I tried to open it, it says that Im not connected to the internet...

biggcateatsoups can you try a different wifi? Maybe hotspot off your phone to test?
