Sims 4 Brindleton Bay missing lots/ map not clickable

I recently downloaded the Cats and Dogs expansion pack, but when I try to open the map of Brindleton Bay, the lots are all missing, and all I can see are the map areas (see screenshot below). I can't...

Can you:

- move or rename the Sims 4 folder so none of your current user data is in the game
- repair the game again

Where is your game installed?

Hi, my game is installed on my desktop!

I tried moving the folder and repairing the game like you suggested, but it hasn't worked ☹️

    Your game is installed on the desktop? Not good, move the installation to your Applications folder (base game app and Sims 4 Packs folder) and change the location in EA App > Settings > Download. Then repair the game and load it.
