yes it happens in a clean game it doesnt unfreeze it says like that until i have to force quit and it always happens around 4 am and when i also make my sims do something
Thank you! Really helpful. I wonder if the game is doing something specific at 4am every sim day which is causing this. Could you please provide the following info:
- Exact model Mac and version of macOS. Apple > About This Mac
- Game version
- All Packs and Kits that you have, including Maker Packs if any. If you have a ton then maybe list the ones you don't have
- Could you send me your save so I can test in my game? Upload to a file sharing site and DM me the download link.

• Packs/Kits: I have all packs except the following kits: Prairie Dreams Kit, SpongeBob’s House Kit, SpongeBob’s Kids Room Kit, Garden to Table Kit, Autumn Apparel Kit, Grange Mudroom Kit, Essential Glam Kit, Golden Years Kit, Sweet Allure Kit, Business Chic Kit, Comfy Gamer Kit, Secret Sanctuary Kit, Casanova Cave Kit, Sweet Slumber Party Kit, and Art Studio Kit.

Also, I’ve noticed the freezing seems to happen around 4am in-game, so you might want to check if anything is triggering at that time.
