Sims 4 Keeps Crashing

I've been playing my current household for a while and haven't had any issues. I recently purchased the 'For Rent' Expansion and at first my game straight up wouldn't open. After a repair it seemed to be working fine. Moved my household into the new world to play with the pack and now after 5 minutes of play it keeps crashing. I've removed my mods to test, same issue. Repaired game with no mods installed and the issue still persists. My game and computer are fully updated, I just don't know what else to do. I don't see how installing a new pack would cause this but literally the day before I was having no issues.

I use the EA app on a 2023 Macbook Air running MacOS Sequoia 15.0.1
