Recently, I've tried playing the sims but it just refuses to open since the newest base game update, even if I repair it within the EA app it just doesn't work. I thought maybe it was an issue with my mods + cc, but even when I get rid of it, it still doesn't open. It keeps telling me to reinstall the game through Origin, should I?

Which version of macOS are you running?
