sims 4 saving screen stuck+ cant place anything

So i play the sims on mac and everything should be up to date. 

But when i tried to save my sims last night before closing it froze on the saving screen. This was the first time that this happend to me and i forced it shut. 

After closing it I "repaired" the game in origin, but when I later opened the sims again for a test and wanted to save my game after 5 minutes it froze again. 

I repeated the whole proces but this time i went into build mode and when i tried to place an object it would just get stuck on my mouse, when i tried to delete something nothing happend and everything just got stuck. the only thing that "worked" was making a room bigger but then the door and artwork would just stay where the wall was originally and float there. 

I have restarted my computer, closed the sims multiple times, repaired the game multiple times, I even closed origin completely. 
I don't have any mods or CC downloaded and the packs i own are: get to work, cats and dogs, seasons, city living, the fashion street kit, my first pet accessories, jungle adventure, romantic garden stuff. 

Someone please help me.
