The specs you posted are various configurations, we need to know your exact Mac please 🙂

@Bluebellfloralol i feel like a dork...anyhow i meant to delete the parts that weren't a part of mine but yeah posting when you're exhausted isn't a great idea.

resent screenshots -- according to these the floors work (so far) when only at Ultra graphics mode and with laptop-mode not activated. I just really want to help other people that may have had these issues.

Ewwww, that looks horrible! We could try and add your GPU to the GraphicsCards file and see if that helps. Could you open the Config.log file in your Sims 4 folder and c/p the following section here:
