SIMS4 mac not responding and prevent me from shutting down my mac

Hi all , I've got some serious problem about quit from sims 4 on my mac, every time i want to quit without save$&quit options, it will leave all my screen black, and when i get back to my desktop it ...

@Bluebellflora hi, i already follow all of instruction how to uninstall both origin and the sims 4, and re-install it, but it still now working ☹️

Can you run your Mac in Safe mode and see if the problem is still happening - https://support.apple.com/en-ie/HT201262
