The Apple Dock pops up when I hover my mouse to the bottom of the screen

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Mac Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? Mac What expansions...

    This is normal behaviour and not a bug. If you play in full screen mode the Dock will not pop up when you move your cursor to the bottom of the screen.

I can get it to run in full screen but it isn't handling it properly. My toolbar UNHIDES itself when I mouse over it. It should stay hidden.
