I am so confused. I have deleted, reinstalled, tried to repair, everything to get the game to load on my mac with no luck. Every time I try to play it says
"Unable to start:
The Sims™ 4 is already running.
[ed35e0ea:29f00e76:00000000:18a1dd51]"
Every solution I have found says to deleted Userdata.lock within the Electronic Arts Folder, but that folder does not exist on my computer. I have gone through the steps in this thread to look at the ICloud Drive, but I didn't have that enabled in the first place. I'm at a gridlock, does anyone have any other solutions that I could try to get it running or even find this folder?

It's a permission issue. You can try playing in a new user account on your Mac and make sure you allow the game and Origin permission to access folders when it prompts you. Or you can allow access in System Preferences. See my post directly before yours for a link to the Apple help page.
