I've already checked my privacy settings and gone through this forum thread to troubleshoot I am still getting this popup.

Please post screenshots showing the game and Origin permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Files and Folders and System Settings > Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access.
Can you also explain your exact setup - where your game is installed to, where the Sims 4 folder is stored and which version of macOS you are running.

I was originally saved to a USB drive but when troubleshooting moved the files to my desktop(still wouldn't work). I'm running on macOS Sonoma Version 14.0

What was saved to a USB drive? Did you create a symlink to store the Sims 4 folder on an external drive?- 2 years ago
I have always saved my sims games directly to my USB drive during the setup process and never had any issues. Yesterday, I completely uninstalled the game from both my computer and external drive and reinstalled and am still getting the same error code.
