Update created issues

My saves are gone from the game following the update. I know they exist because I can see them in the save folder with time stamps. I tried redownloading the game and nothing changes. Also, all of my mods are broken. I deleted them all and redownloaded but they are still not registering in the app. Any thoughts with this? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?
