Updated my mac to Sequoia OS and now I can't play :(
I play the sims 4 on my mac. Yesterday the mac was on Sonoma which is a slightly older system than Sequoia (which is the newest operating system). I updated my mac to Sequoia and now my game is not opening at all. It closes the EA app and then a few seconds later it reopens EA with no error msg or anything. I think this may be an operating system issue, but I cannot downgrade back to Sonoma .. Is there any fix to this?
and yes I have restarted and shut down my computer, along with uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app. I have also tried repairing the game + packs. Nothing is working.
It's not Sequoia 15.3.1 (see this thread for confirmation). Can you try a new clean Sims 4 folder please. Instructions here - [INSTRUCTIONS] How to troubleshoot and test a broken game | EA Forums - 11864548
