What does this mean?

 My game won't even load up/launch. I have made sure all my mods were up to date. I deleted all duplicates. I cleared the cache. I delted my save files, tray, and screenshots. I tried repairing the sims game itself three times. I unistalled the sims game and reinstalled it. I even unistalled the EA, my computer is up to date. I even restarted it just to make sure. I even took out my mods folder to see if it was a corrupted mod. Almsot 24 hours later and it is still not even launching.  I got this message when it crashed. What do I do?
