What graphics settings should I use?
I have a new to me MacBook Pro 2016 version. I currently have the settings set to low but I am wondering what graphics settings should I use without damaging or overloading the graphics card?

You should be ok on medium settings. If your game starts to lag and overall performance speed of your Mac slows down then lower them again.
