Where is the sims 4 pack folder supposed to be located?

I recently had the issue where I somehow pulled out my sims 4 packs folder and then I had no idea where to put it so I put it in the trash and then emptied the trash. Then I bought cats and dogs but it won’t let me download it and I think it’s because of that. Is there a way I can get the folder back in the right spot or what am I supposed to do?!
